Welcome to
W.L. BOOKKEEPING, LLC!
Depending on the size of your business, you should be spending roughly 5+ hours a week managing your books. The ultimate outcome I want for my clients is to be able to focus solely on their customers and building their brand while I handle the stress of bookkeeping.
When keeping up with your books, organization is key for ensuring the money coming in and out of your business is accurately accounted for. This is also important for year end when preparing documents for tax purposes.

GRACE SOECHTING
Hi there, I’m Grace. I started W.L. Bookkeeping with one goal in mind—to help small businesses take the stress out of managing their books so they can focus on what they do best: growing their business.
My journey into bookkeeping began five years ago in my family’s accounting department. There, I wore many hats—handling accounts payable and receivable, managing monthly bookkeeping, reconciling bank statements, paying sales tax, and processing payroll. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how important it is for a business to have accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized financials. It also taught me that organization isn’t just a skill in bookkeeping—it’s the foundation of financial peace of mind.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and a mom to two energetic boys. Life at home is rarely as structured or predictable as the world of bookkeeping—and that’s okay. In fact, it’s a good reminder that while life may feel chaotic, numbers don’t have to. That’s where I thrive: creating clarity and order out of the messy and overwhelming parts of business finances.
I pride myself on being detail-oriented, reliable, and yes—sometimes overly organized. But I believe those qualities are exactly what make bookkeeping less of a burden and more of a tool for growth. My goal is to give business owners the confidence that their books are taken care of, so they can spend more time on what matters most—whether that’s running their business, spending time with family, or simply taking a breath.
I’d love the opportunity to connect and share how W.L. Bookkeeping can support your business with clarity, consistency, and care.

MARISSA MURRAY
Hi! I’m Marissa. I have a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Colorado- Colorado Springs (UCCS), and I’ve always had a love for organization and problem-solving—especially when it comes to finances. I offer bookkeeping services to individuals and small businesses who want more clarity and peace of mind when it comes to their numbers.
As a mom to three lively boys—I understand how busy life can get. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others stay organized behind the scenes, so they can focus on growing their business (or simply getting a breather!). Whether you're just getting started or need help cleaning up your books, I bring patience, precision, and a personal touch to every client relationship.
Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m outdoors. I love running, playing tennis, and spending time outside. Just like bookkeeping, being outside helps me stay grounded and focused. If you're looking for someone who’s approachable, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed, I’d love to connect!

VICKI MERCER
Hi, my name is Vicki.
I hold a BBA in Finance with a Real Estate option and bring more than 25 years of experience in the accounting field. Over the course of my career, I’ve specialized in audits, individual and corporate tax returns, and bookkeeping services tailored to the unique needs of small businesses and non-profits. This combination of expertise has given me a deep understanding of not only how to keep financial records accurate and compliant, but also how to help organizations use those numbers to make better decisions and grow with confidence.
For the past seven years, I’ve also had the privilege of serving as Treasurer for the Lone Star Parkinson Society, a local non-profit committed to supporting individuals and families impacted by Parkinson’s disease. In this role, I’ve been able to combine my professional skills with my passion for giving back to the community, ensuring the organization’s financial health while supporting a mission that truly matters.
Outside of work, I treasure time with my family—my husband, our two grown kids, and our two beloved dogs. I love being outdoors, whether that’s spending a quiet evening in nature, enjoying a weekend walk, or simply finding small ways to unplug and recharge.
At the heart of all I do is a love for helping people—whether it’s guiding a small business toward financial clarity, supporting a non-profit in fulfilling its mission, or simply being present with my family. I believe that strong finances create strong foundations, and I’m grateful to bring that philosophy to the work I do every day.
